NIT thresholds for BTech Mechanical Engineering
NEW DELHI: The main rank of the highest Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) to which a National Institute of Technology (NIT) closed admission to non-reserved seats for BTech in Mechanical Engineering in 2020 was 6,591 at NIT Trichy, for applicants from outside Tamil Nadu.

NIT limits for BTech Mechanical Engineering have not yet been announced. However, students can check the thresholds from the previous year to get an idea of ââthe JEE Main 2021 rank required to be admitted to various NITs.
Students will need to register with the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) council 2021 to be admitted. Registration for the JoSAA 2021 board will start after the JEE Advanced 2021 exam. JEE Advanced 2021 will take place on October 3 for admission to various Indian Institutes of Technology (IIT).

The National Testing Agency (NTA) conducted the JEE Main 2021 exam in four phases this year. The results of the JEE Main 2021, session 4, were reported on September 15. A total of 44 applicants scored 100 percentile on the JEE Main 2021, while 18 applicants shared the top spot.
Two Delhi students are in the top ranks, while seven applicants belong to the list of students who achieved the 100 percentile in the JEE Main 2021 this year.
